We will begin setting up 1-1/2 hours before anyone is to arrive as to not disturb any guests when setting up. It usually will take about 45 minutes to setup and ½ hour to tear down afterward. The only thing that we need from you is a table to setup on and one standard 110V outlet. |

During the early part of the reception we play light background music the cocktail hour and/or dinner. We then start off the dance with the bride and grooms first dance, the parents dance, the wedding party dance, and work in the dollar dances when the bride and groom are ready. Please remember, this is how an evening typically flows, but each performance is truly unique. If you have any special requests, just let us know. |

With our online wedding planning tools, you can plan out the evening at your leisure. There you can specify any special events to take place during the evening and any songs you would like played. You can save each form and come back to work on it at any time. |
